Tsugumi is one of Handa's classmates who's really into palmistry. She gets it in her head that she needs to prove her palm-reading skills by analyzing Handa's hand—you know, since he's so popular and all. Turns out his palm is pretty unremarkable, which honestly must've been disappointing for her. The reading itself doesn't reveal anything particularly dramatic, except that his future apparently involves minimal romance but a whole lot of kids around him. Of course, with the Handa Force constantly hovering nearby, she never gets the chance to actually tell him any of this. The whole experience leaves her determined to improve her craft so she can deliver honest readings without being intimidated into silence.
