Nene is Nene's aunt who lives on Cenancle Island. She's close friends with Uzal and basically never leaves her mansion—she handles all her work online instead. Takumi (that's her real name) deals with pretty severe social anxiety, so she tends to hide behind her Gertsecommas whenever she has to interact with anyone face-to-face. The whole setup works for her: cyberspace, isolation, and a trusted friend nearby.
