Naenia
Naenia is basically a living curse—something Vanitas of the Blue Moon pulled straight out of the Book of Vanitas and sent into the world. She's a mysterious entity that preys on vampires by slipping into their subconscious mind. Once she's in there, she can mess with their true names and take control of their entire mental landscape. Pretty nasty stuff.
