Mrs. Dekisugi is Dekisugi's wife and mother to their son Hideyo. She's an attractive woman in her late twenties with short brown hair and grey eyes, standing about the same height as Shizuka. In her appearance in "Nobita's Bride," her hair has a slight curl to it in the back.
The 2005 remake gave her a noticeably different look starting in Episode 719 ("Winning Back Shizuka-chan"), redesigning her with blonde hair and blue eyes instead.
