Galvanus is best known as a brilliant educator whose expertise shaped countless officials throughout the Tearmoon Empire. For years, his knowledge and wisdom were practically without equal—until Mia Luna Tearmoon came along and managed to impress even him, which apparently wasn't easy to do.
