A transfer student who just moved into the dorms—except that's only half the story. He's actually a Major in the Patriots, a nationalist militia operating in the Land of Vampires. His real mission is to stop Ruka from becoming Lord of the Vampires, and his strategy is pretty straightforward: keep Ruka away from Mito, who's supposed to be his destined partner.
