Chinatsu works as a designer in the 2nd Development Section—basically the same age as Shinozaki and, as it turns out, they go way back. They grew up practically next door to each other and went to the same junior high, so there's real history there. She's got that bright, straightforward personality that makes her easy to work with, and she doesn't beat around the bush when she talks.
The thing most people at the office don't know is that she's a hardcore otaku and into cosplay. Shinozaki's one of the few she's told, which probably makes sense given how long they've known each other. For everyone else, that side of her stays completely under wraps.
