ClavisAngemon is a Virtue-class Angel Digimon carrying the X-Antibody. Its whole purpose boils down to one job: guarding the Zenith Gate, the boundary between the Digital World and everything beyond it.

It's so intrinsically tied to ClavisAngemon's existence that the Digimon and the key are basically inseparable. Only ClavisAngemon can actually use it.
