Captain Pikachu—usually just called Cap—is Friede's Pokémon partner and basically runs the bridge of the Brave Asagi, the Rising Volt Tacklers' ship. He's the one steering when Friede's busy elsewhere, and you'll usually find him planted in his chair like he owns the place.
