Soichirou Oota—known as Nezbitt in the English version—was KaibaCorp's chief technical officer and the engineer behind some of the company's biggest projects. He ran R&D and handled everything from the military weapons division in KaibaCorp's earlier days to the virtual reality Duel Monsters system and gaming software that Seto Kaiba later spearheaded. Basically, if it was technical and it came out of KaibaCorp, Nezbitt was probably involved.
