Kuis Panta is a character from Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki who gains real prominence in the Tenchi Muyo! GXP novels. She's basically a perfect clone of Seto Kamiki Jurai—same memories, same face, the whole deal. She could shapeshift into Seto whenever she wanted, which made her pretty useful as a double.
The thing is, she didn't really have her own personality at first. She was just. Seto, essentially. But everything changed when she met Seina Yamada. That's when Kuis actually started becoming her own person, developing an identity separate from the woman she was copied from. Before that, she was more like a tool than a character. After that encounter, she became genuinely interesting as someone in her own right.
