Alivian started out as an Eastern European Dragon from the Zmei clan before getting reincarnated as a Devil. He works as Queen and butler for Seekvaira Agares, and he's pretty much the only one who can keep her in check when her mecha obsession spirals out of control.
He's got the whole serious butler thing down—proper manners, composed demeanor, the works. When he made the jump to High-class Devil status, he took the opportunity to get his own Evil Pieces and set up as an independent King, which is kind of a big deal.
