Neptuneman is a character from the over-the-top wrestling comedy manga Kinnikuman. He started out as a villain but eventually became a good guy after losing to Kinnikuman—a pretty common arc in the series. The character was basically modeled after Hulk Hogan and uses an Axe Bomber-style clothesline as his signature move, which is funny since that's actually what Hogan was known for doing in Japan.
