Oushuu Hiizumi is basically the family ancestor who got things started for a whole branch of the Hiizumi clan. He's known for taking Enyou Hiizumi under his wing and tuning him up—which is kind of a big deal in their world. He's also Akina Hiizumi's ancestor, so his influence ripples down through generations.
