Kiwi ended up joining Enormeeta, the evil organization, mostly because she was bitter about magical girls hogging all the social media spotlight. She wanted payback—literally. Beating them up seemed like the perfect way to get some attention of her own.
She transferred to Utena's school, which is probably not a coincidence. Fans often note that Kiwi had a pretty obsessive fixation on Utena, frequently daydreaming about going to a love hotel with her. Whether that was genuine attraction or just another way to get under the magical girls' skin is anyone's guess.
