Mrs. Bellows is a Len Town resident who appeared in "The Psychic Sidekicks!" (EP158). Her Abra has a habit of teleporting at random—something that gets on her nerves fast. When Ash and his group rolled through town with Cherry, Abra kept popping up in front of people, including right onto their heads. Cherry thought it was adorable, but Mrs. Bellows was clearly exasperated by the whole thing.
Things got worse when Team Rocket showed up with a giant Gengar mecha. Mrs. Bellows told Abra to hit them with Psychic, but the robot's glass eye just bounced the attack back. Team Rocket's robot then grabbed Abra with its oversized tongue and took off into town. Pikachu saved the day by destroying the cage with a Thunder attack, and Abra teleported safely back into Mrs. Bellows's arms.
