Pandora comes from wealth and was genuinely loved by her parents—at least until the day she opened Athena's sealed box. That single act released Hypnos and Thanatos into the world, which came with a cosmic bargain: Hades would become her brother, she'd have to protect him until the final battle, and in return, she'd get eternal life.
Sounds good in theory. In practice, her life became less like sisterhood and more like servitude. The only real gift Hades gave her was a necklace that let her slip between different realms, which—ironically—became her most useful possession for reasons he probably didn't intend.
By the time the final chapter rolled around, Pandora was leading the first wave of Spectres against the Sanctuary itself, all in Hades' name. But somewhere along the way, the reality hit her: Hades hadn't just taken over her life, he'd destroyed the happiness she'd actually had with her family and turned her into a puppet. That's when she made her move. She gave her necklace to Ikki, completely betraying Hades in the process.
