A beautiful speech teacher with a hilariously over-the-top personality, she taught the Kimengumi during their middle school years and later became their homeroom teacher again in high school. The students nicknamed her "Ikari Kong"—partly because she actually went to school with them back in the day as their senpai, and partly because of her explosive temper. When she gets angry in the anime, she's known for loudly declaring "Ikari masu yo!" (怒りますよ！)
She eventually marries Sessa-sensei and has a son named Tenma.
