Juuzou is unhinged—genuinely out of his mind. He's aggressive, refuses to follow orders, and is obsessed with killing people so he can turn their bodies into "hanger racks." Cursed spirits are basically useless to him since they disappear when exorcised, leaving nothing behind to work with.
He's picky about his victims. Young women and strong fighters are his preference—they make better material for his twisted projects. Older men don't really interest him; he'd rather go after higher-value targets. He's so unbalanced that he'd straight-up challenge Goujou without hesitation, already sizing him up as a perfect candidate for his handiwork.
