A living embodiment of chaos itself—literally born from the world's own nature. She sits on the Council as its Chairperson, though she's never quite accepted the role and mostly lets things run themselves. None of the Council members are eager to push back, though; they just go along with her lead.
Her unassuming mouse-like appearance throws people off. Most don't realize that mice are actually harbingers of chaos, so they seriously underestimate her.
She's known for that wild, unsettling smile—always grinning, especially when she's stirring up trouble. Chaos itself is just confusion, disarray, fortune, tragedy, and pure freedom from all the rules and logic that govern normal existence. She doesn't see rules as gospel, which is why she has no problem breaking every single one.
What she genuinely enjoys is watching what happens after—the wreckage, the aftermath, the domino effect of everything falling apart. She's perfectly content to stand back and observe the destruction unfold.
