Führ grew up in the 1950s attending reading seminars at the Red Rose Mansion, where he caught the attention of instructor Jaromír Lipský. According to Lipský's philosophy, the best students weren't just those who understood and believed the stories—they needed to invent their own. Führ is the only pupil known to have achieved this "superior" status, meeting all of Lipský's exacting standards.
