A Tokyo-based informant working out of Shinjuku, he's best known for his surveillance work using illegal drones alongside more conventional intelligence gathering. He's also picked up side gigs helping contract killers dispose of bodies—not exactly the most glamorous work, but it pays.
These days, he's become the Corpse God's right hand. Lisa Kuraki brought him in to support the fortunetelling business, and his real job there is obvious: gathering intel on clients while they're getting their fortunes told. It's a pretty sweet setup for someone in the information trade.
He used to run with Sons of the Styx before landing at Youtoukorou, where he's stayed ever since.
