Masashi is Saki-chan's younger brother and transfers into the school partway through the year. He's got a laid-back personality—calm and levelheaded in most situations, which makes him pretty reliable when things get weird (and they do). Along with his sister, he ends up joining the Magic Club.
What really sets him apart is his interest in psychology and behavioral analysis. He tends to pick up on things others miss, reading people and situations with that analytical mindset. In a lot of ways, he's got a similar vibe to Assistant—the type who can keep their cool and think things through logically.
