Water B-Chan is a humanoid monster created by Scientist-San for the RX Villain Group. Her existence came from fan suggestions—the author crowdsourced ideas for a new monster recruit, and Water B-Chan was the result. She's the product of DNA splicing: a human merged with tardigrade DNA, which completely transformed her appearance and abilities.
Her whole gimmick is durability. She can enter cryptobiosis by crawling into a sleeping bag and passing out, at which point she becomes genuinely invincible. Nothing can hurt her in this state—extreme heat, absolute zero, vacuum, crushing pressure, radiation, you name it. She survives even direct hits from powerful heroes and villains without a scratch. The catch? She has zero offensive capabilities. She's a tank with no attack power whatsoever.
Because she's asleep most of the time, she rarely appears conscious. There's some debate about her actual age—she looks young, but Miss Black General clarifies she only has that appearance because of the monsterization process, so she's definitely not a child.
She debuted in a short comic where Miss Black General introduces her to Braveman as RX's newest recruit. When Braveman launches an all-out assault with his Brave Geyser attack, everyone gets obliterated except Water B-Chan, who walks away completely unharmed—a perfect showcase of her one and only feature: being unkillable.
