Dear Santa is a janitor and Team Child member who communicates entirely through facial expressions and vocalizations—he's never actually spoken words. He comes across as pretty irritable and intimidating, with Bro Santa's readings of his expressions usually conveying annoyance. He's shown obvious frustration when Brot teases him about having feelings for Rudo, getting genuinely angry about it. He also really hates being called nicknames, particularly "Little Dear"—Bundus learned that the hard way when Dear visibly lost it over the suggestion.
