Kanon Hisui is a Junior First Class Green Battalion Ranger—tough, quick to anger, and not afraid to call things out when she thinks they're a pain. She's got a stubborn streak that shows up especially in fights, and she'll complain pretty freely about whatever's bothering her at the moment. But underneath that gruff exterior, she's genuinely close with her team members, both current and former, and takes real pride in what the Green Battalion does, regardless of what outsiders might think.
There's more going on beneath the surface though. Hisui carries some serious emotional baggage from her childhood that clearly still weighs on her. Rather than deal with it directly, she channels those deeper wounds into the rash, delinquent-like behavior that defines how most people see her. It's a defense mechanism—the tough persona keeping the pain at arm's length.
