Keisuke ran away from home as a teenager, much like Hodaka did. He eventually settled down, married, and had a daughter with his wife—the two of them even started a business together called K&A Planning and Co. Things fell apart after his wife died. Her mother took custody of his daughter, and Keisuke never really recovered from either loss. He turned to smoking and drinking to cope.
