Mitsuo Kazumiya is a high school student and member of the Gang of Six in Boogiepop in the Mirror: Pandora. He's an MPLS—one of the powered individuals scattered throughout the series—and his ability is called Baby Talk, which lets him manipulate language and communication in unsettling ways. He's best known for being one of the more prominent members of the Gang of Six's roster, though fans often find his role in the larger conspiracy more mysterious than straightforward.
