Luo
Luo is Lucky Cyan's childhood friend, though their personalities couldn't be more different. While Cyan draws good fortune wherever she goes, Luo carries the opposite curse—he's basically a magnet for misfortune. People tend to keep their distance from him too, which makes sense given his notoriously low trust count. Despite being close since childhood, the two exist on opposite ends of the luck spectrum, making their friendship pretty unusual.
