Kazuma is tall. He wears a windmill in his hair that used to belong to his foster father, his hair is two colors being one light and the other dark. He usually wears black clothing, a tracksuit with a tire design on the top, and boots.
Leader of the pinwheel masters. He tends to be respectful of others. He has the philosophy that the wind guides him. Despite his appearance, Kazuma is someone who cares about his family and tends to help them with their things, due to the attention he usually gives, the clan gave him the nickname Kazumama and asked him to do things for them such as cooking, doing housework, sewing and everyday chores.
He's devastatingly bad at driving and has never been able to get his license. He got a perfect score on his permit test, but he always fails the driving portion.
He is, however, great at riding unicycles and doing household chores. He can also manipulate the wind.
