Mr. Kaminari
Mr. Kaminari's the grumpy neighbor who's stuck living right next to a vacant lot—which, as it turns out, is basically a magnet for trouble. The local kids are constantly tearing through the area, and his property catches most of the fallout. Between the noise, the mess, and whatever chaos spills over from the lot, it's no wonder he's perpetually irritated. Honestly, it's hard to blame him.
