She is a member of Ousei's track and field team and one of Yuuya Tenjou's classmates whom she becomes interested in after watching his vastly enhanced athletic abilities in action. Kaede is an extremely friendly, outgoing and energetic girl who is very eager to get to know people and she has a naïveté when it comes to anything involving romance, often muttering to herself and she is constantly thinking a friendly encounter with Yuuya Tenjou could be a romantic endeavour. She loves animals and considers herself Night's number one fan. She often makes sure everyone around her is in good vibes and she has an innate sense of other’s worries, but often doesn't pry until tears fall.
