Lagrah is one of the Three Wise, succeeding the previous Wise of Friendship, Engendale, as a result of him losing his position as a result of illegal activities he partook in. Due to these events, he now has the title of "Wise in Friendship", and is responsible for negotiating foreign relations.
As the Wise of Friendship, Lagrah shows a calm and friendly exterior. Around the other Wises, he shows a thoughtful, principled demeanour, remarking on King Deanreldy's mind games, and having outed the previous Wise of Friendship's wrongdoings.
Prior to the meeting held between the nobles of Zozah Peninsula and the Three Wise, none of the Five Rulers, were aware of the fact that Lagrah had become the next Wise of Friendship, despite a sealed letter with notice of his arrival being sent to King Deanreldy prior to their arrival, likely due to the king foreseeing the backlash this information might cause.
