She runs the school's Disciplinary Committee with an iron fist, backed up by her enforcer Kyouko and secretary Masako. Pretty much the definition of uptight—rule enforcement is basically her whole personality. Takes her job way too seriously, which she'd probably argue is impossible.
Turns out she and Shibaki go way back as childhood friends, which adds an awkward layer to everything. Here's the thing though: beneath all that stern, no-nonsense exterior, she's actually into Shibaki's perverted antics. She wants to be on the receiving end of it. Problem is, Shibaki's completely oblivious to the fact that she's interested, so nothing ever happens. It's the kind of one-sided tension that would be funny if it wasn't so painful for her.
