Alphonse Flügel
Flügel is widely recognized as the duchy's most powerful navy admiral. He's best known for his chance discovery of Nekoya—he stumbled upon the restaurant after washing ashore on a remote island in the distant sea, where he'd been stranded for roughly twenty years before finally being rescued. The experience apparently left quite an impression, because he became a devoted patron of the place.
Despite the harrowing circumstances, Flügel developed a particular taste for curry rice, which remains his favorite dish.
