One of the three main protagonists of the Ares no Tenbin series. Haizaki earned his reputation as "the devil of the field" playing striker for Seishou Gakuen, where Kidou took special interest in monitoring him. He eventually got recruited to Inazuma Japan.
His signature moves include Death Zone (a combination technique with Orio and Sasotsuka), Overhead Penguin, and Perfect Penguin. After joining Inazuma Japan, he developed Penguin The God & Devil alongside Kira, and later contributed to the powerful Death Crusher Zone with Hiura, Kidou, and Fudou.
