Species: Oarfish
An oarfish who served under Otohime back at the Sea Dragon's castle. He's best known for being on the receiving end of constant abuse from both Muromi and Otohime—the guy just can't catch a break. There's this whole thing where it rains heavily whenever he appears, which honestly seems like it perfectly matches his general energy as a character.
