A Scotland Yard Inspector who genuinely believes in the justice system. He's driven by a desire to make London safe for families—he's even planning to propose to his pregnant girlfriend. Like Ciel, he's had his share of hardship to get where he is, but the two represent opposite paths: while Ciel operates in darkness, this inspector walks in the light. Ciel respects this about him, even if their methods couldn't be more different. In the anime, his unwavering faith in justice is a defining trait.
