A baby fairy from the Kingdom of Sweets with a mischievous streak. Chiffon loves pulling pranks on people around her, often using her ESP powers—magic with a green aura that she wields to mess with others and get a laugh. Love and the rest of the group, especially Tart, basically raised her.
Her forehead mark is the real deal though. It glows and does a bunch of things: it powers up the Pretty Cures' transformations and gives them boosts when they need it most. At first she acted like any normal baby would, but the girls' Pickruns gradually changed her in different ways—Pirun got her eating actual human food, Kirun taught her to talk, Blun made her interested in clothes, and Akarun cranked up her ESP abilities even further.
