Touka Ryuumonbuchi is one of Ryuumonbuchi's four heavenly kings. She comes from a wealthy family and thrives on attention—which is basically why she can't stand Nodoka. The whole "middle school champion" thing just grates on her, especially since Nodoka doesn't even seem to care about the spotlight the way Touka does.
