Doctor Gia only showed up in the anime's Stars season. He's an American surgeon who traveled to Japan specifically to operate on Misa and save her life—which he pulls off in episode 185. Sailor Aluminum Seiren had him marked as a potential Star Seed target, but when she attacked him, his turned out to be blank, disappointing her. The encounter went south fast: he got turned into the Phage Sailor Doctor before Sailor Mercury and Eternal Sailor Moon stepped in to save him. Once he was back to himself, he went ahead with the surgery and Misa made a full recovery.
