Iga Shinobi
A young ninja from the Iga clan with a crush on Chidori. He's pretty plugged into what's going on in the shinobi world and has made a name for himself by rating up-and-coming warriors—basically sizing up new fighters and breaking down their abilities. He's got a better handle on current events than most of his peers, which makes him a useful source of intel when unfamiliar faces show up.
