The Arabian Whirlwind Hassad
Hassad is a prince from an unnamed Middle Eastern nation. He left home to gain knowledge and skills that could benefit his country, which is kind of the whole driving force behind his character.
He was supposed to compete in the Kengan tournament, but things didn't go as planned—he got thrown overboard from the S.S Kengan before the whole thing even started. Fortunately, Kaburagi Koji, the guy everyone calls "Medicine Man," fished him out of the water and saved his life. From there, their paths crossed in ways that shaped what came next.
