A cyborg who showed up at the Bug Correction Facility where Kaburagi was being held. He's basically a coward—the type who folds instantly when faced with anyone tougher than him—but he's surprisingly useful to have around because he's really good at tracking down supplies and gear. That skill made him pretty popular with the other inmates, even if nobody exactly respected him.
