Rabirin's got this infectious energy and a genuine drive to do the right thing, but she's the type to get hyped up about literally anything—which, predictably, makes her kind of a mess. She trips over herself, breaks things, generally causes chaos when she gets going. Nodoka can sometimes rein her in, talk her down a bit, but honestly, once Rabirin really gets excited about something, there's not much anyone can do. That said, the two of them have a really solid connection despite all the chaos she brings into Nodoka's life.
