Emperor's a hip-hop artist in the Arknights universe and the founder and CEO of Penguin Logistics. He's probably best known to players as one of the three musical acts you can support during Heart of Surging Flame—backing him gets you the Stylish Portable Stereo once you hit the Siesta Obsidian Milestone (though not in the rerun). Beyond that, he's a major character in Code of Brawl, where he serves as the deuteragonist.
