Natsuha's basically driven by the idea that you should work your ass off to be the best version of yourself. She comes from money, yeah, but she's determined not to let that be the shortcut—she wants to earn everything herself. The thing about her is that she's genuinely good at seeing what people are capable of, and she gets off on pushing her friends to actually go for it.
