Ren Godai
Ren is basically Yuuta's only real friend at school. The two are classmates, and while Ren's into anime and manga like a proper otaku, he somehow doesn't get dragged into Yuuta's whole chuunibyou thing—or at least handles it better than most people would. He plays on the school's baseball team, which honestly makes him a pretty well-rounded guy despite his otaku interests.
