Luli, formerly known as the Azure Monarch, is one of Touya's contracted companions and travels with him throughout his journey. She's a member of the Four Heavenly Beasts and serves as leader of the Dragons—a pretty major role, though she doesn't seem to make a huge deal out of it. Fans often note that despite her prestigious standing, she's surprisingly laid-back about the whole thing.
