Chiharu Yoki goes by Tsubaki (椿) and is a character in Oresuki. She's a second-year transfer student who ends up in Joro's class.
Tsubaki comes across as genuinely kind and helpful—the kind of person who's naturally charismatic and composed when she speaks. She's professional about everything and doesn't take her responsibilities lightly. What really caught her attention about Joro was witnessing how far he'd go for his friend Sun. When she transferred into his class, she made it her mission to help him see himself as a main character instead of letting his inferiority complex drag him down.
She's not actually into Joro romantically, though she does get flustered whenever he compliments her. In a moment of (purely platonic) devotion, she kissed his hand and swore eternal loyalty to him—which pretty much sums up her commitment to being his ally.
